Working Hours: 6 Days, 9.00am to 6.00pm (Alternative mode on Saturday)

Job Description
- Responsible for the full range of operational and administrative activities in E-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok etc.) and Social Media.
- Manage online store including housekeeping, administrative and others
- Manage product listing
- Store marketing execution
- Communication with channel manager
- Work with marketing team for store promotion
- Monitor and analyze store performance
- Store performance optimization
- Assist store orders and customer enquiries
- Assist after sales service
- Able to work in team for online advertising and promotion & social media

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/ ‘O’ Level/Diploma or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply this position, but at least 1 year of working experience in the related filed is required for this position will be added advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
- Computer literate with moderate to strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and able to meet deadlines
- Proficient in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop will be given priority.
- A sense of responsibility, good communication skills, interest on E-Commerce / Digital Marketing field
- Computer operation proficient
- Experienced in online store management
- Able to work independently, good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
- Training will be provided
